We need two additional fields in the Medication Complex panel: (1) GP to continue (Yes/No), (2) Verified (Yes/No). We also need to add these two fields to the Interweave FHIR resource called MedicationRequest.

1) GP to continue (Yes/No) - is a vital piece of information for each medication as it should prompt primary care teams to update their repeat prescriptions and gives them a clear indication of acute hospital discharge advice.

2) Verified (Yes/No) - indicates whether the medicine listing has been clinically screened and accepted by a clinical pharmacist.
